Glen Dochus Sour
This easy-to-make cocktail has a great balance of sweet and sour notes that really bring out the flavours and aromas of our irresistible Export Blend

    Ingredients
- 50ml Dochus
 - 10ml sugar syrup
 - 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
 - ½ egg white
 - Dash of bitters
 - Orange slice to garnish
 
                
            How to make it
Chill a tumbler and assemble your ingredients. Beat the white of an egg so that it’s fluffy and light. Pour your Glen Dochus, egg white, bitters, sugar syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake it hard. Carefully strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a slice of juicy orange.
